Update, May 5, 2011: Mr. Beaty has waived his right to a clemency hearing. He will not have a clemency hearing, unless we receive additional notice.
Mr. Beaty's execution will take place on May 25 unless the execution is stayed or Mr. Beaty is granted reprieve or commutation.
